Novafy Billing ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a multi-tenant ISP management and billing platform. By creating an account you ("the Tenant") accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not register.
The Platform deducts a service fee from each revenue-generating transaction processed through the Platform on your behalf. The fee is deducted before crediting your Account Balance. Current rates:

The Platform reserves the right to adjust rates with 30 days' written notice via email or in-app notification. Your current rates are always visible in Settings → Billing → Fee Schedule.
Mobile money payments from your customers are processed by third-party payment gateways. These gateways charge a processing fee that is passed through to the customer— it is added on top of the package price and is not deducted from your settlement. Current gateway processing fees by country:

Gateway fees are set by the payment provider and may change without notice. The current fee is always shown to your customer on the payment screen before they confirm.
We store your company details, user accounts, transaction records, and router configurations to provide the service. Data is stored on servers within the European Union. We do not sell your data to third parties. Transaction data is retained for a minimum of 12 months for audit purposes.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes (including fee adjustments) will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue resulting from downtime, payment gateway failures, or connectivity issues beyond our control. Our maximum liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in that period.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Novafy Billing's registered operator. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration before litigation.
